  2. Once approved, final Agenda along with other materials for the packet will be sent to full Council. Discussed Monday, June 15th as deadline to send materials

  Waiting on Ad Hoc Workgroup's Report for membership vote on procedures which will replace the "outdated" by-laws

• Discussion regarding upcoming Conversations with Providers
